GLOBAL WEATHER FORECAST FOR THE YEAR- 2019

(PREPARED DURING AUGUST, 2017)

I extend from the bottom of my heart my sincere PRANAMS/THANKS to all those people from different parts of the World for their overwhelming recognition, appreciation and encouragement for my research. Their overwhelming following of my forecasts especially my 2018 GLOBAL WEATHER FORECAST prompted me to register the accuracy of my forecasts. Please check my forecasts @

Right from the “Bomb Cyclone “ in the Northeast USA during January, 2018 all major Hurricanes like Florence, Typhoons like Mangkhut(August, 2018) and recently Hurricane Willa, Typhoon Yutu all happened on the forecast dates PROVING THE ACCURACY of LONG RANGE FORECAST based on VEDIC METEOROLOGY.

Comparing the LONG RANGE FORECAST based on VEDIC METEOROLOGY with the ‘LONG RANGE PREDICTIONS’ based on ‘Numerical Model” by World’s leading meteorological centers such as NOAA, SURE to PROVE EXPLICITLY the hidden inconceivable benefits for the human race.

MAIN POINTS:

Weather all over the World during 2019 will be MOST VOLATILE in recent decades.

A) The real winter “WITH TWO DISTINCT CHARACTERS” will start from the last week of December and will last till the third week of May, 2019. During the above period emergence of Negative Indian Ocean dipole/ENSO from February, 2019 till the last week of March, 2019 is forecast (i) The mid latitude region will experience EXTENDED SEVERE WINTER/EXTREME COLDWEATHER with Heavy to Very Heavy snowfall, Blizzards & Avalanches and (ii) The tropical region will be hot and experience widespread Heavy to Very Heavy rainfall, Cyclones and Severe floods;(Record humidity levels).

While it will be EXTENDED WINTER for the mid latitude region from the “last week of March, 2019 till the third week of May, 2019”; it will be WIDESPREAD RAINFALL for the tropical region.

B) From the third week of May, 2019 till the first week of August, 2019 the world will experience VERY HOT and DRY conditions with ERRATIC WEATHER PATTERNS. Early start to the Atlantic Hurricane season is forecast during this period. During the above period CATASTROPHIC DAMAGES to life and property is forecast at isolated places due to “Spate of Cloudbursts, Thunderstorms, Powerful tornadoes, Cyclones, Typhoons, Hurricanes and Severe Flooding. Also during the above period and till middle of September, 2019 WARNING ISSUED for VERY HIGH ACTIVITIES OF KILLER LIGHTING,

(C) FRENZY WEATHER CONDITIONS will prevail from the second week of August, 2019 till middle of November, 2019.  For major part of the above period “HIGHLY OVERCAST CONDITIONS” will prevail but with comparatively less precipitation forcing meteorologist to scramble for reasons. ISOLATED PLACES will experience   “Cloudbursts, Thunderstorms, Powerful tornadoes and Cyclones, Typhoons, Hurricanes and Severe Flooding are forecast during the above period.

(D) STORMY WEATHER is forecast for the period between the second week of November, 2019 and till the end of December, 2019. During the above period Severe Cyclones, Typhoons and Blizzards are forecast.

OVERALL 2019 WILL BE REGISTERED AS THE HOTTEST AND DRIEST YEAR WITH LOTS OF CATASTROPHES.

DETAILED FORECAST:

A) Winter will be VERY HARSH Between the last week of December, 2018 and the first week of February, 2019. Record low temperatures and heavy to very heavy Snowfall, avalanches will be registered during the above period. This winter will inflict catastrophic damages to countries bordering Bay of Biscay, Northern Sea, Baltic Sea and North of Mediterranean Sea, apart from USA, Canada, etc.. Indian state of Kashmir and sub-Himalayan region will also be affected,

During the above period Tropical region will experience A Very severe Typhoon/Cyclone. Weather regions like

will experience cyclone or Squally winds with Thunderstorms activity.

Important dates for precautionary measures:

1. Between 26^th December, 2018 and 1^st January 2019 SEVERE BLIZZARDS are forecast. These systems will descend due to “Powerful Polar vortex” from the Arctic and also from the east pacific; will be more severe than “Bomb Cyclones”; dump Heavy to Very Heavy Snowfall.  This system will be active till 7^th January, 2019 with Heavy to Very Heavy snowfall between 5^th & 7^th January, 2019.
2. Look for SEVERE BLIZZARDS between 13^th January and 16^th January, 2019. During the same period the Tropical Regions and other Weather regions will experience Typhoon/Cyclone, Squally winds with Thunderstorms activity. There will be “A Very Severe Typhoon/Tropical cyclone between 13^th January and 21^st January, 2019. Indian Ocean countries, West/South Pacific island nations, Western Australia and Northern Territory (Aus) will experience the above conditions.
3. Another bout of Heavy to Very Heavy snowfall due to Blizzards is forecast between 27^th January and 29^th January, 2019.  During the above period Continental –Temperate, Semi-Arid & Coastal regions will experience thunderstorms with heavy to very heavy rainfall.
4. Look for a Very Severe Blizzard between 30^th January, 2019 and 7^th February, 2019.  This system will dump Heavy to Very Heavy snowfall. During this period normal life will be thrown out of gear. There will be “A Very Severe Typhoon/Tropical cyclone during the above period. Countries in the Indian Ocean, West/South Pacific Island Nations, Western Australia and Northern Territory of Australia will experience the above conditions.  Warning issued for damages due to cyclonic winds and flooding due to heavy to very heavy rainfall.

Emergence of Negative Indian Ocean dipole/ENSO from the Second week of February, 2019 till the third week of March, 2019 is forecast.  During this period (i) The mid latitude region will experience EXTENDED SEVERE WINTER/EXTREME COLDWEATHER with Heavy to Very Heavy snowfall, Blizzards & Avalanches and (ii) The tropical region will be hot and experience widespread Heavy to Very Heavy rainfall, Cyclones and Severe floods;(Record humidity levels)

Important dates for precautionary measures:

• Look for another bout of Blizzards between 12^th February and 15^th February, 2019; and again between 17^th February & 19^th February, 2019. Warning issued for heavy to Very Heavy snowfall, avalanches. Catastrophic damages to countries bordering Bay of Biscay, Northern Sea and Baltic Sea apart from Canada, USA, etc.., During the above period A Typhoon/Tropical Cyclone is forecast for the Indian Ocean, South  pacific Island Nations, Western Australia, Northern Territory(Aus). Catastrophe warned. During the above period localised thunderstorms with Heavy to Very Heavy rainfall are forecast for the Tropical, Continental-Temperate, Semi-Arid, and Coastal Regions.
• Forecast Warning issued about series of Powerful Blizzards dumping record snowfall between 22^nd February and 29^th February, 2019.  This weather system during this time will hold and move sluggishly causing more Blizzards between 2^nd March, 2019 and 7^th March, 2019. Warning issued for SEVERE AVALANCHE during the above period. (Locations as above)

During the same period look for a “Severe Typhoon/Tropical Cyclone (CATOGERY 5) Between 22^nd February and 29^th February, 2019.  Warning issued for Catastrophic damages due to typhoon winds and Flooding due to heavy to very heavy rainfall. Countries in the Indian Ocean, Pacific Nations, Queensland (Aus), New South Wales (Aus) and Northern Territory (Aus) should take precautionary measures. This system after crossing the coast will swing around; will again become a Typhoon/Tropical Cyclone between 2^nd March, 2019 and 7^th March, 2019. Forecast warning issued for SEVERE LANDSLIDES during the above period.

• Look for Powerful Blizzards dumping heavy to Very heavy snowfall between 13^th March, 2019 and 16^th March, 2019. Warning issued for SEVERE AVALANCHE during the above period. During the same period look for a Tropical Cyclone/Localised Thunderstorms with Heavy to Very Heavy rainfall is forecast.  Warning issued for Severe Flooding and Landslides for the same locations.

From the last week of March, 2019 till the third week of May, 2019 WIDESPREAD RAINFALL/Snowfall are forecast.

Important dates for precautionary measures:

1. Between 22^nd March and 24^th March, 2019, (Moderate to heavy snowfall/rainfall, Landslides Avalanches),
2. Between 27^th March and 29^th March, 2019, (Heavy to Very Heavy Snowfall/rainfall, Landslides Avalanches),
3. Between 3^rd April and 6^th April, 2019, (Heavy to Very Heavy Snowfall/rainfall)
4. Between 11^th April and 14^th April, 2019, (Blizzards, Heavy to Very Heavy Snowfall/rainfall, Strong winds)
5. Between 18^th April and 19^th April, 2019, (Heavy to Very Heavy Snowfall/rainfall, Strong winds)
6. Between 23^rd April and 28^th April, 2019, (Heavy to Very Heavy Snowfall/rainfall, Strong winds)
7. Between 30^th April and 4^th May, 2019, (Blizzards, Heavy to Very Heavy Snowfall/rainfall, Strong winds)
8. Between 6^th May and 9^th May, 2019, (Heavy to Very Heavy Snowfall/rainfall, Landslides Avalanches),
9. Between 11^th May and 13^th May, 2019, (Heavy to Very Heavy Snowfall/rainfall, Landslides Avalanches),

Specific warnings issued about Dumping of Mountains of snow during the periods between (4) & (8).

B) From the third week of May, 2019 till the first week of August, 2019 the world will experience VERY HOT and DRY conditions with ERRATIC WEATHER PATTERNS. Early start to the Atlantic Hurricane season is forecast during this period. During the above period CATASTROPHIC DAMAGES to life and property are forecast at isolated places due to “Spate of Cloudbursts, Thunderstorms, Powerful Tornadoes, Cyclones, Typhoons, Hurricanes and Severe Flooding. Also during the above period and till middle of September, 2019 WARNING ISSUED for VERY HIGH ACTIVITIES OF KILLER LIGHTING.

Important dates for precautionary measures:

• The first major Hurricane/Typhoon/Severe Tropical Cyclone of the summer will be active from 16^th May, 2019 till 23rd May, 2019.  Destructive Tornadoes are forecast during the above period. There could multiple systems at different locations: mainly (i) In the Gulf of Mexico of the Atlantic (ii) West Pacific closer to the equator and (iii) In the Bay of Bengal of Indian Ocean; these systems will cross the coast around 20^th May, 2019.  Please follow the WARNINGS carried in (B)
• Between 25^th May, 2019 and 5^th June, 2019; Look for another Powerful Hurricane/Typhoon/ Tropical Cyclone/ Cloudburst. Important dates: 26^{th &} 27th May and 2^nd June, 2019. Here again there will be multiple systems at different locations: mainly (i) In the Atlantic closer to Florida, (ii) West Pacific north of equator and (iii) In the Bay of Bengal of Indian Ocean: these systems will cross the coast around 2^nd June, 2019. Tornadoes are forecast during the above period. Please follow the WARNINGS carried in (B)
• There will another set of Hurricane/Typhoon/Severe Tropical Cyclone between 9^th June and 18^th June, 2019. Here again there will be multiple systems at different locations: mainly (i) In the Atlantic closer to Florida and (ii) West Pacific north of equator ;( at other locations it will be Cloudburst/thunderstorms)  These systems will cross the coast around 17^th June,2019. 

Important dates: 9^th & 10^th June and 16^th & 17^th June, 2019.

The Hurricane will be aiming to cross the coast between Galveston (HUSTON) and New Orleans, The Typhoon will be aiming to cross the east China coast between Wenchow and Shanghai. Tornadoes are forecast during the above period. Please follow the WARNINGS carried in (B)

• Look for another set of Hurricane/Typhoon/Severe Tropical Cyclone between 23^rd June, 2019 and 3^rd July, 2019.  Initially a hurricane system will form on the Pacific side of the Central America and with HEAVY TO VERY HEAVY RAINFALL will cut across the land into the Gulf of Mexico between 25^th & 27^th of June, 2019.  This system will strengthen to VERY POWERFUL HURRICANE (Category 3) and around 2^nd July, 2019 will MOW through Florida in to the Atlantic Ocean. Tornadoes are forecast during the above period.

During the same period there will be a Very Powerful Typhoon in the West Pacific.  This system will cross the southeast coast of Japan around 2^nd July,2019 causing Catastrophic damages. Between 25^th June and 27^th June, 2019 RYUKYU ISLANDS in the West Pacific will suffer Catastrophic damages due to typhoon winds and Heavy to very Heavy rainfall. ( At other locations it  will be Cloudburst/thunderstorms)

During this period all the Severe Warnings issued in (B) should be taken seriously. Landslides are forecast from the first week of July till early August, 2019.

• Between 7^th July, 2019 and 16^th July, 2019 look for another set of Powerful Hurricane/Typhoon/ Tropical Cyclone/ Cloudburst.  Most of the weather systems during the above period will be in the Atlantic, Pacific Ocean(East and West) and in the Indian Ocean.  These systems with Hurricane winds will dump heavy to very heavy rainfall between 9^th & 11^th July, 2019 before crossing the coast around 15^th/16^th July, 2019.  Warnings issued as per (B)

The Hurricane will cross the coast between Wilmington (North Carolina) and Chesapeake Bay. The Typhoon in the west pacific will cross the coast between Shanghai and Korean Peninsula.

• Another set of Powerful Hurricane/Typhoon/Severe Tropical Cyclone between 19^th July, 2019 4^th August, 2019.  These systems with destructive winds & heavy to very heavy rainfall will cross multiple coasts (1) between 21^st & 22^nd July, 2019, (ii) again between 27^th & 30^th July, 2019 and Finally (iii) between 31^st, July and 4^th August, 2019; (Cloudburst are also expected)

Initially the hurricane (Category 1) in the Atlantic will hover around Hatteras between 19^th July and 21^st July, 2019.  This system with destructive winds will dump Heavy to Very Heavy rainfall on 21^st July, 2019 and  again between 24^th July and 26^th July, 2019.

This system will become more Stronger and Powerful before crossing the coast on 30^th July, 2019 between Wilmington and Chesapeake Bay.  This system for the last time without losing strength will swing around and cross the coast of Delaware/New Jersey around the 2^nd August, 2019. Warning issued about Flooding, Mud flows and Landslides during the above periods. During these periods all the Severe Warnings issued in (B) should be taken seriously.

During the same period between 19^th July, 2019 and 4^th August, 2019, there will be a Typhoon in the West Pacific. This system with destructive winds & heavy to very heavy rainfall will cross multiple coasts (1) between 21^st & 22^nd July, 2019, (ii) again between 27^th & 30^th July, 2019 and Finally (iii) between 31^st, July and 4^th August, 2019; (Cloudburst are also expected) Warning issued about Flooding, Mud flows and Landslides during the above periods. During these periods all the Severe Warnings issued in (B) should be taken seriously.

The Typhoon between 21^st July and 22^nd July, 2019 will hover around the East China coast from Wenchow. This system will dump heavy to very heavy rainfall during the above period & again between 24^th July and 26^th July, 2019.

This system will be become a Category (4) Typhoon & will cross the coast around 30^th July, 2019 between Wenchow and Shanghai.  This system without losing strength will swing around and again will cross the coast north of Shanghai around 2^nd August, 2019.

C) FRENZY WEATHER CONDITIONS will prevail from the second week of August, 2019 till middle of November, 2019. For major part of the above period it will be HOT and DRY though “HIGHLY OVERCAST CONDITIONS” will prevail; but with comparatively less precipitation forcing meteorologist to scramble for reasons. ISOLATED PLACES will experience “Cloudbursts, Thunderstorms, Powerful tornadoes and Cyclones, Typhoons, Hurricanes and Severe Flooding are forecast during the above period.

Important dates for precautionary measures:

1. Between 7^th August and 9th August, 2019, (Cloudburst, Killer lightning)
2. Between 11^th August, 2019 and 13^th August, 2019, (Thunderstorms and Killer lightning)
3. Between 21^st August, 2019 and 27^th August, 2019 look for a Powerful Hurricane/Typhoon/ Tropical Cyclone. (a) The Hurricane will cross the coast close to Delaware/New Jersey around the 26^th August, 2019.  Heavy to Very Heavy rainfall similar to cloudburst is forecast on 23^rd August,2019 and again at the time of crossing around 26^th August, 2019. (b) During the same period look for a Typhoon crossing the coast close to Shanghai around 27^th August, 2019.  . On 23^rd August, 2019 and on 27^th August, 2019 at the time of crossing the coast Heavy to Very Heavy rainfall similar to cloudburst is forecast.
4. Look for a Tropical cyclone/ strong thunderstorm between 28^th August, & 31^st August, 2019.

From the beginning of September, 2019 till the end of third week of September, 2019 more fairly widespread rainfall is forecast.  During this period there will ‘NIL CYCLONE ACTIVITY’, but lots of Tornadoes are forecast,

Important dates of peak rainfall activity:

1. A weakened depression will dump moderate to heavy rainfall between 4^th September and 6^th September, 2019, again between 13^th & 14^th September, 2019;
2. Between 16^th September and 18^th September, 2019 and again between 21^st September and 23^rd September, 2019;

Between the last week of September, 2019 and the first week of November, 2019; though the conditions remain HIGHLY OVERCAST the precipitation levels will be far less and that too at isolated places. During this period lots of Tornadoes are forecast, Early winter is forecast from the beginning  3^rd week of October, 2019.

Important dates of peak rainfall activity at isolated places:

1. Between 25^th September and 30^th September, 2019,
2. Between 5^th October and 7^th October, 2019,
3. Between 13^th October & 18^th October, 2019 and again between 20^th & 23^rd October, 2019,
4. Between 26^th October and 29^th October, 2019,

(D) STORMY WEATHER is forecast for the period between the second week of November, 2019 and till the end of December, 2019. During the above period Severe Cyclones, Typhoons and Blizzards are forecast. During this period also lots of Tornadoes are forecast. Heavy to Very Heavy Rainfall/Snowfall are forecast during this period.

Important dates for precautionary measures:

• Look for the formation of a low pressure system around 1^st November, 2019.  This system will strengthen into a depression and dump heavy to very heavy rainfall/Snowfall between 4^th November and 6^th November, 2019. Subsequently this depression will become a Powerful /Typhoon/Tropical Cyclone and will cross the coast around 12^th November, 2019. Philippines and Taiwan will be the locations affected by the above Typhoon. This system will travel further and cause more damages on 15^th November, 2019. During the same period there will be a Powerful Blizzard dumping mountains of snow upsetting normal life. During this period KILLER LIGHTNING and LANDSLIDES/Avalanches are forecast.
• A depression around 17^th November, 2019 will dump heavy to very heavy rainfall between 19^th and 21^st November, 2019.  This depression will become a Typhoon/Tropical Cyclone, will swing around before crossing the coast around 28^th November, 2019.  Heavy to Very  Heavy rainfall is forecast during the above period. Philippines & Taiwan will be the locations affected by the above Typhoon.  During the same period there will be Powerful Blizzards dumping mountains of snow upsetting normal life.  During this period KILLER LIGHTNING and LANDSLIDES/Avalanches are forecast.
• Another weather system between 1^st December, 2019 and 5^th December, 2019 will dump heavy to very heavy rainfall/snowfall.  This system will become a Powerful Typhoon/Tropical Cyclone and will cross the coast between 11^th December, 2019 and 16^th December, 2019. Devastation due to cyclonic wind & flooding due to heavy to very heavy rainfall are warned between 11^th December, 2019 and 16^th December, 2019. Philippines and Vietnam will be the locations affected by the Typhoon.

During the above periods Powerful Blizzards will cause devastations, dumping heavy to very heavy snowfall will upset normal life. These systems will be combination of “Polar Vortex” and “Bomb Cyclone” emerging from Atlantic.  This will affect the US North, Mid-west, the Queens apart from Canada and the Nordic Countries.

• There will be another Powerful Typhoon/Tropical Cyclone between 15^th December, 2019 and 27^th December, 2019.  This system will cross multiple coasts (a) between 15^th December, 2019 and 20^th, December, 2019 and (b) between 22^th December,2019 and 27^th December, 2019. Queensland, Northern Territory and New South Wales of Australia will be the locations. Catastrophic damages to life and property due to Powerful cyclonic winds and flooding due to Heavy to Very Heavy rainfall are warned during the above periods. During the same periods Powerful Blizzards and Heavy to Very Heavy snowfall are forecast. This will also affect the US North, Mid-west, the Queens apart from Canada and the Nordic Countries.

I am glad and ecstatic about the “Very High Percentage of ACCURACY” of my “2018 Global Weather Forecast”.  All the Major incidents of Hurricanes/Typhoons and the Tropical Cyclones happened matching the specific periods mentioned in my forecast.  I am confident that a sincere and careful SCRUTINY of my forecasts will make the blindfolded meteorologist realize their blunder of ignoring VEDIC METEOROLOGY.
