in my 2018 Forecast owing to ‘Early hot summer and draught conditions”; I confidently recommended educational institutions to conduct exams before the end of March, 2018 and declare vacations.

IMPORTANT ESSENCE OF “2019 WEATHER FORECAST”:

Our Indian Sub-continent will experience POOREST MONSOONS during 2019. The excellent pre-monsoon rainfall will not be sufficient for sustained farm activities. The drought conditions all over the country will manifold into major drinking water scarcity and will upset normal life till May, 2020.  With this ADVANCED FORECASTS by VEDIC METEOROLOGY government should aggressively initiate massive PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES to make alternative arrangements to provide drinking water and also effectively employ the farmers in distress.

I conclude this forecast with “A HAPPY NOTE” that IN 2020 & 2021 the INDIAN SUB-CONTINENT and the WORLD WILL HAVE EXCELLENT MONSOONS.
